In an attempt to replace my current insurance agent and reduce my milage use due to retirement, I found Lindsey M. at Integra insurance, She was the most assertive , professional agent I have ever come across in my 69 years! I placed inquires to 9 potential companies anticipating a fast response. Although i heard from all nine, none were as aggressive as to provide what i required in a short amount of time. Lindsey provided all the necessary information for documents required and within a few hours, I had a new policy and greater knowledge of how and what insurance companies require and why. I am not new to the insurance industry but we all know the insurance industry has changed dramatically in California. Lindsey surpassed all of my expectations and for the record, my expectations were met and exceeded! I have a new, more competant agent now and Iam thrilled! In this very busy life , I now have one less entity I dont have to worry about. That alone is tremendous! Thank you. I look forward to a long relationship with you and your company!
