I am new to the current company I work for and have been working with Mary Rivas for the last several months. Mary works in super speed mode. I have asked for several COIs at once in which she sends over within minutes. She is very professional with great communication skills. I enjoy working with Mary and Joleene and would recommend their insurance services.

Tammy helped us with everything we needed. We were buying and selling a house as well as staying in another house temporarily. Tammy was able to make all of the insurance needs work perfectly so we did not need to worry about all the changes. Mary Rivas is wonderful! Every single time I ask for a new COI, she creates one with lighting speed so that we never slow down our business. She is endlessly patient and is always so kind when I asked for many a year. Alicia Rosas is great also. Everytime I have questions, she will find answers for me right away. We’ve been with Integra for about 8 years now and they have always been responsive and professional. Every year has been smooth without incident. But this year, through my own failings, I let my E&O insurance lapse for a few months and risked losing a contract. I called Carrie Lewis for help and she was able straighten everything out in less than 48 hours. She saved all parties a significant amount of time by somehow reinstating expired paperwork by working directly with the broker and myself. A few e-mails and less than a couple of days later, I am back in business. Carrie is smart, understands the client, and knows the ins and outs of the insurance industry to quickly solve problems. My wife and I have had our home and car insurance with Integra for many years. We have had a few minor claims over the years, but until now all of them were simple and handled immediately by the relevant insurance companies. In January of this year my wife’s car was outside during some torrential rainstorms, for 10 days while we were away on vacation. For some reason, although all windows were closed, the car leaked rain water inside and the floor of the car was awash in water by the time we got home. Over the following two months the insurance company made the whole process very difficult for us, while we tried to get the car repaired and the repairs paid by the insurance company. After a while we got Peggy Reid of Integra involved, and she very persistently and knowledgeably helped us navigate through various departments of the insurance company. Even after one person at the insurance company told me some disappointing news (not the result we wanted) Peggy Reid worked the phones and managed to get more senior people at the insurance company to agree to a more satisfactory result! Peggy Reid (claims specialist) was a significantly knowledgeable and extremely helpful advocate for us in reaching a satisfactory resolution of the claim! We appreciate all the helpful and knowledgeable response and assistance from Integra (from both Peggy Reid and our agent, Lindsey Magana), and would recommend Integra to anyone searching for home, car or property insurance.
