My wife and I have had our home and car insurance with Integra for many years. We have had a few minor claims over the years, but until now all of them were simple and handled immediately by the relevant insurance companies. In January of this year my wife’s car was outside during some torrential rainstorms, for 10 days while we were away on vacation. For some reason, although all windows were closed, the car leaked rain water inside and the floor of the car was awash in water by the time we got home. Over the following two months the insurance company made the whole process very difficult for us, while we tried to get the car repaired and the repairs paid by the insurance company. After a while we got Peggy Reid of Integra involved, and she very persistently and knowledgeably helped us navigate through various departments of the insurance company. Even after one person at the insurance company told me some disappointing news (not the result we wanted) Peggy Reid worked the phones and managed to get more senior people at the insurance company to agree to a more satisfactory result! Peggy Reid (claims specialist) was a significantly knowledgeable and extremely helpful advocate for us in reaching a satisfactory resolution of the claim! We appreciate all the helpful and knowledgeable response and assistance from Integra (from both Peggy Reid and our agent, Lindsey Magana), and would recommend Integra to anyone searching for home, car or property insurance.

It was wonderful working with Carrie Lewis. She worked quickly and efficiently, and made good strategic decisions that led us to the most informed outcome possible. We’re very happy with our new policy.

Peggy is currently working on 2 claims in 2 states for us. Our daughter in WA had her car hit and here in CA, our car window was smashed. She has been so helpful and clear in her communication. It is a relief knowing our daughter can reach out to Peggy with any questions and is handling the situation all on her own. When we are so stressed trying to get things fixed, Peggy remains calm and helpful. So lucky to have her there to answer and guide us.
