Terry entered the insurance industry in July of 1972. She received her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation in 1988. Terry served as the Human Resources Manager for a Palo Alto insurance agency for several years. She received her certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz Extension Program. She went on to manage a Special Services Division for Employee Benefits. With this experience, Terry joined Integra Insurance in October of 1998 to help launch our Employee Benefits Division. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of San Jose. Terry is married and lives in Los Gatos with her husband and children and spends much of her time giving back to her schools and community.
Mindi Roman

Mindi began her career in Employee Benefits in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative handling the servicing and marketing of small accounts. Mindi was promoted to Senior Account Manager servicing many large Employee Benefit clients and then promoted again to Account Executive handling new business sales. Mindi joined Integra Insurance in October of 1998 to assist in launching our Employee Benefits Division. Mindi is currently active in the Northern California Human Resources Association and the Silicon Valley Health Underwriters Association. She is also a member of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program and is pursuing a CEBS designation. Mindi lives in Saratoga with her son.
Flor Harris

Flor Harris joined the Employee Benefits Division of Integra Insurance in January 2001. She brings nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience ranging from working with insurance carriers to being a broker and consultant. Flor’s experience includes supervising customer service, corporate compliance, managing small and large group accounts from implementation to renewals, and new business sales. She is currently a Vice President. Flor attended CSU, Sacramento and GGU of San Francisco and earned a Business Administration and Spanish degree. Flor enjoys volunteer work and spending time with her family.
Kim Gill

Kim Gill joined the Employee Benefits Division of Integra Insurance in May 2002. Kim is partnering with Terry Harris-Hickey, Mindi Roman and Flor Harris in providing customer service through her role as a Senior Account Manager. Kim came to Integra Insurance with 4 years of experience in the insurance industry. She previously worked as a Benefits Coordinator at Acalanes Union High School district and has worked as an Underwriter and Service Representative within the industry.
Cherie McCann

Cherie joined Integra in November 2005 as Senior Account Manager bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge. Cherie received her license from the state of California in 1989. She began her career working with a Third Party Administrator and transitioned into insurance brokerage working for a large global broker with a wide range of clientele. In this role, Cherie has worked with many employers ranging from small group to national accounts. Cherie also has experience as a Benefits Manager for a large Silicon Valley employer, so she can appreciate what many clients face when educating employees on the importance of their Employee Benefits Program. Cherie and her family reside in Campbell.

Michelle embarked on her career with the Employee Benefits Division of Integra Insurance in October 2006. Working closely with the Senior Account Managers and Producers, she is thrilled to learn the ropes of the insurance industry and is working toward attaining her insurance license. Though Michelle is relatively new to the insurance world, she has immeasurable experience in client services and creative problem solving.
