Michelle embarked on her career with the Employee Benefits Division of Integra Insurance in October 2006. Working closely with the Producers, she has a breadth of knowledge spanning the entire insurance industry.  With over 12 years of client service experience, Integra’s clients can always rely on her creative problem solving and attention to detail. In addition to her role at Integra, she conceptualized and sits on the Young Alumnae Board at Presentation High School as a director.

Flor Harris joined the Employee Benefits Division of Integra Insurance in January 2001.  She brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience ranging from working with insurance carriers to being a broker and consultant.  Flor’s work experience includes supervising customer service, corporate compliance, managing small and large group accounts from implementation to renewals, and new business sales.  She earned a double major in International Business and Spanish from California State University of Sacramento, and Business Management from Golden Gate University of San Francisco.  She also studied abroad for a year at the University of Madrid, Spain.  Flor was recently honored in her community for serving as President and various board positions on the Homeowners Association and acting as the Social Event Planner for the last 10 years.  She was instrumental in creating a close-knit community through events such as the Summer Movie Night Series and Annual Neighborhood Party.

Cherie joined Integra in November 2005 as Senior Account Manager bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge. Cherie received her license from the state of California in 1989. She began her career working with a Third Party Administrator and transitioned into insurance brokerage working for a large global broker with a wide range of clientele. In this role, Cherie has worked with many employers ranging from small group to national accounts. Cherie also has experience as a Benefits Manager for a large Silicon Valley employer, so she can appreciate what many clients face when educating employees on the importance of their Employee Benefits Program. Cherie and her family reside in Campbell.

In May 2011, Integra welcomed Maria Salinas to our team. Maria brings over two decades of brokerage experience ranging from underwriting to account management. She possesses vast industry knowledge and is committed to providing her clients with excellent customer service. Maria is creative, bright and a team player and has a thirst for knowledge and growth. Maria and her family reside in San Jose.
