Joan entered the insurance industry in Michigan in 1976. She moved to California in 1986 to work as an insurance Personal Lines Manager. Joan continues to pursue her education in the industry, currently working toward her CPCU designation. She joined Integra Insurance Services in 1999 as a Commercial Account Manager, focusing on writing insurance for technology start-up companies. She lives in San Jose with her husband.

Alicia began her Commercial Insurance career in 1997. In 2000, Alicia moved to the brokerage side as an Assistant Client Manager. During this same year she received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) degree. After a number of years managing the insurance programs of public and privately held clients, Alicia joined Integra Insurance Services in March of 2005 as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive. Alicia is married and lives in San Jose with her husband and three children.
