Joan entered the insurance industry in Michigan in 1976. She moved to California in 1986 to work as an insurance Personal Lines Manager. Joan continues to pursue her education in the industry, currently working toward her CPCU designation. She joined Integra Insurance Services in 1999 as a Commercial Account Manager, focusing on writing insurance for technology start-up companies. She lives in San Jose with her husband.

Peggy joined Integra in September of 1988 working as a Personal Lines Assistant. Peggy is presently the Commercial and Personal Claims Specialist for Integra. She manages all client claims, works with the carrier claims adjusters to seek a fair settlement for our clients. Peggy lives in San Jose with her husband. She has two sons and two grandchildren.

Marshall began his professional career as a Customer Service Manager for Wells Fargo Bank in Los Gatos, CA. Marshall left the banking industry and joined the insurance community in 2001 as an insurance broker in Redwood City, CA. In February 2012, Marshall returned to Los Gatos, joining Integra Insurance Services, continuing to bring his professional services to his clients. Marshall currently lives in San Jose with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending his free time with family & friends and enjoys volunteering with his community and his daughter’s school.
